Legal basis of processing

The legal basis for such processing is the performance of services inherent to the contractual relationship established, compliance with legal obligations and the legitimate interest in carrying out processing necessary for such purposes.

 

To whom the data are communicated

The data for processing purposes may be communicated to:

  • Our company’s third-party suppliers
  • Our company’s third party customers
  • Banking Institutes, Tax Authorities, Bodies in charge of controlling tax obligations, lawyers and judicial bodies;
  • Service providers;
  • Public Authorities and/or Bodies

The communication and transfer of data may also be made to one or more parties operating outside the national territory and also outside the territory of the European Union.

 

Consequences of non-communication of data

Please note that, taking into account the purposes of the processing as illustrated above, the provision of data is mandatory and the failure to provide such data, or the provision of partial or incorrect data, may make it impossible to perform the contractual services.

If the data subject is under 16 years of age, the processing must be authorised by the holder of parental responsibility, for whom identification data and copies of identification documents will be acquired.

 

Manner of processing

The processing will be carried out using both manual and IT and telematic tools with organisational and processing logics that are strictly correlated to the above purposes and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the organisational, physical and logical measures provided for by the provisions in force.

Your data may be stored in both paper and electronic archives.

Your data is not subject to dissemination or to any fully automated decision-making process, including profiling.

 

Data retention

Personal data shall be stored for the duration of the contract and for ten years after the last invoice has been issued, unless otherwise required by law.

 

 

Exercise of your rights

You may at any time write to the data controller and processor to exercise your rights:

  • access to your personal data
  • to obtain the rectification of your personal data if incorrect
  • to obtain the deletion of your personal data in the cases referred to in Art. 17 GDPR
  • to obtain the restriction of processing within the limits of Article 18 GDPR;
  • to avail themselves of the portability of data pursuant to art. 20 GDPR;
  • to object to the processing in the cases provided for by art. 21 GDPR;
  • not to be subjected to automated processing as provided for by art. 22 GDPR;
  • to revoke consent, where provided for: revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation;
  • to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor)
